We have tried the Walmart family plan, and a few other companies. One more thing… thier unlimited data plan is actually not unlimited it’s 40GB but basically that’s unlimited (to me at least) cause who’s possibly gonna burn through that much data right?… A guy I chatted with online messaged my personal phone number after I ended a chat with him because he was rude and weird and said some rude stuff to me. I can only give them 4 stars tho cause thier huge issue that needs to be fixed is their customer service department. Only area you won’t have service in really is the Nebraska area so if you’re from there, I wouldn’t go on this service and go with somebody else. You also can order a SIM card in the mail or just do eSIM and yes you can bring your own phone and keep your same phone number too!! If you’re wondering who they partner with, it’s T-mobile and they get all their service towers (good service). Anyway, with Mint, you just pay one bill every 3, 6, or 12 months for service. I was on AT&T before in the past also and never had issues with them but I had to switch cause all my families went to Verizon. I somehow ran out of data all the time tho with them… Verizon is just too expensive and they slap on stupid fees. It’s good service! I have full bars every where I went for the most part. We're super stoked to hear that our service has been a great fit for you.ĭefinitely try or use mint mobile. Because you can always buy more data if you go over. Maybe with something running in the background. So that leads me to believe boost was somehow causing my phone to use more data. I can confirm even with using data- updating my phone, and updating games etc. It didn’t seem right that I was doing all the same stuff as I did with my last phone company, and yet now I’m hardly using any of my data?… anyways. Because I found it weird that with the last company I was with I would ALWAYS go over on my data even when I’d be extremely cautious about my usage. So the next round I decided to try the unlimited data plan and I wanted to do all the normal things I’d do on my phone using data. And each month I hardly used 5 gigs of data. You know, the stuff that uses lots of data. I am extra cautious with using the data on my phone and always try to connect to wifi when I’m playing games or watching videos. I tried the plan that was like 30 gigs a month of data, and was shocked when it said I had only used less than 5 gigs in a whole month. This is totally random but a few months ago (4 months I think) I switched phone companies.
